GROUP REFORMER CLASSES
Our group classes are 50-55 minutes long and have five people per session.

The perfect introduction for beginners and first-timers wanting to build a solid Pilates foundation. With Fundamental classes, you will learn about key Pilates principles and most importantly, your own body.

They aim to build confidence on the Reformer, improve coordination with a strong focus on form and technique, and ultimately, develop a foundation of strength and alignment.

These classes are easily modified for those with physical limitations.

FUNDAMENTAL REFORMER

Our Reformer classes allow you to connect more deeply with your body and mind. They focus on increasing physical capability, enhancing fitness, improving strength and ultimately helping you enjoy a balanced life.

This class progresses your confidence with movement on the Reformer, incorporating balance and control. Slightly more challenging than our Fundamental classes. Our Reformer classes will aim to further strengthen the body’s core muscles, with components of mobility and stretching.

Options will be given to suit individual ability and experience.
